What your Reiki Session at my Reiki Studio Includes: Preliminary Consultation, Prayer, Preliminary Chakra Rotational Testing, Relaxation Music and Lighting, Reiki Energy to all Chakras, Reiki Energy to Specific Areas Needed, Final Chakra Rotational Testing, Negative Energy Sweep and Transmutation, Reiki Charged Refreshing Aromatherapy Misting, Grounding Your Energy, Final Consultation and Prayer for Protection. (Crystal Healing option also available on request.) During your session you may experience heat or cold, visions, past lives, energy vibrations, see Angels/Guides, Orbs, have out of body experience or simply drift off to a peaceful sleep. Then awake and feel refreshed and relaxed.
What happens during Distance Reiki: Relax. Find a comfortable place where you will be undisturbed during your appointment time window of 30 minutes. You may choose to listen to peaceful music or have complete quiet. Sit or lay down. Close your eyes if you wish. Breathe. Let go. You do not need to do any more than to be open to receive Reiki. You may experience visions, past lives, energy vibrations, seeing Angels/Guides, Orbs, out of body experiences or you may simply drift off to sleep for the session. Each person is different and has a different experience. Although these are the most common. Awake. Be refreshed. Be at peace.
What to expect with Animal Reiki: Set aside your 30 minute appointment time to sit with your animal companion. They feel more at ease with you present. Animal Reiki can be done in person at your home or distantly if you feel they are more comfortable or you live a long distance from me. The animal is in control of the session at all times. They determine the amount of Reiki they would like to receive (and how close they would like to be to my hands when done in person). Their Chakras are similar to the human energy system and need to be balanced at times of sickness, distress, anxiety, for behavioral issues or just for wellness if you choose that for them.
